Small country, widely covered in snow. The silence
freezes under the moon.
snow covers a shroud,
to behold beautiful.
moans the trees?
trembles the earth?
I walk through the night, hear
the greedy crows and see the sight of the angel
in the snow.
Who died here?
I do not ...
but my country. Found

I have the poem in the publication "DDR - Reality and Hope" from GNN-Verlag, which has just appeared.
It is the 6th Band of the project "experienced as witnesses - Traces of Truth". 2003 saw the release of the 1st Band with dsem title "of the GDR", 2005 was "worth preserving GDR heritage," 2007. "DDR experience for a socialist future, the 4th volume was 2008" DDR - ". A year later, the 5th volume 'indelible legacy DDR "and even more recently the 6th band.
