RIA Novosti - Bilderberg conference discussed Russia

WASHINGTON 07 June (RIA Novosti). The Bilderberg group discussed in Chantilly, near Washington in camera the situation in Russia.

This emerges from a press release of the forum.

The Bilderberg Group is an informal European-American forum, which meets since 1954.

As they say, is from Friday to Sunday on nuclear disarmament, the fight against cyber terrorism, relations between the U.S. and the EU, the fight against protectionism, Afghanistan and Pakistan and Islam and the situation in Iran said.

Some 140 members and guests of the club take part in the meeting. They include the U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, World Bank President Robert Zoellick, the Queen of the Netherlands, the English Queen, U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, the Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende, the Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan, Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg, the former American Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and George Shultz, the former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and the former German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer.

Russia represented at the forum of well-known political analyst and deputy director of the Moscow Carnegie Center, Dmitri Trenin.
